About this speaker
David Botstein has been the Director of the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics at Princeton University since 2003. Prior to this he was a professor at MIT and Stanford and Vice President-Science at Genentech. Botstein is well known for breakthroughs in gene mapping and genomic analysis techniques. Botstein is a member of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences amongst other honors.
